લોન નિયમો

લોન વિનંતી પહેલા નીચેના મુદ્દાઓનું ધ્યાન રાખો:

• કોઈપણ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે જેઓ સોરઠિયા પ્રજાપતિ જ્ઞાતિગુજરાતમાં અથવા ગુજરાતની બહાર રહેતા હોય તેઓ શૈક્ષણિક લોન માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે.
• માતાપિતાની વાર્ષિક આવક 3 અભાવથી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ.
• વિદ્યાર્થીઓની છેલ્લી પરીક્ષાનું પરિણામ 50% કરતાં વધુ હોવું જોઈએ.
• આ લોન માત્ર 12મી પછીના ડિગ્રી કોર્સ માટે જ છે, ડીપ્લોમા અને સર્ટિફિકેટ કોર્સ માટે નહીં.
• પ્રાધાન્ય મેડિકલ, એન્જીનીયરીંગ, ફાર્મસી, સાયન્સ, મેનેજમેન્ટ અને કોમ્પ્યુટર માટે છે.
• આ લોન માત્ર એક વર્ષ માટે છે અને વિદ્યાર્થી બીજા વર્ષ માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે જો તે છેલ્લી પરીક્ષામાં નાપાસ થયો હોય. છેલ્લી પરીક્ષા પાસ કર્યા પછી તે અથવા તે ફરીથી લોન માટે અરજી કરી શકે છે.

લોન મંજૂર થયા પછી વિદ્યાર્થીએ સબમિટ કરવાનું રહેશે:

1. સોરઠીયા પ્રજાપતિ માંથી માત્ર 2 વ્યક્તિઓ તરફથી એફિડેવિટ.
2. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અથવા માતા-પિતા દ્વારા સહી કરેલ પાંચ ચેક. આપેલ લોનની ચુકવણી પછી આ તેમને પરત કરવામાં આવશે.
3. લોનની ચુકવણી અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કર્યા પછી અથવા વ્યવસાય અથવા નોકરી પ્રાપ્ત કર્યા પછી એક વર્ષની અંદર થવી જોઈએ.
4. લોન માટે તમામ ખર્ચનો પુરાવો (ખોરાકનું બિલ અને રહેવાનું) આપવું આવશ્યક છે.
5. તમામ મૂળ દસ્તાવેજો લોનની મંજૂરી પછી વિશ્વાસમાં દર્શાવવા જોઈએ.

જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજોની સૂચિ

1. શાળા છોડવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
2. રેશન કાર્ડની સાચી નકલ.
3. જોબ કંપની, આઈટી રીટર્ન અથવા મામલતદારમાંથી કોઈપણ એક પાસેથી આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
4. કોલેજ / હોસ્ટેલ / ફૂડ બિલની વર્તમાન રસીદ.
5. 12મી અને છેલ્લી પાસ થયેલી પરીક્ષાના પરિણામો.
6. વિદ્યાર્થી અને માતા-પિતા/વાલીઓના ઓળખ કાર્ડની નકલ.
7. સ્વ કરાર પત્ર.
8. સ્ટેમ્પ રસીદ.
9. નોટિસ.
10. પરવાનગી પત્ર.
11. વિગતવાર પત્ર.
12. લોન રીટર્ન.

નોંધ: લોન વિનંતી પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાન વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તમામ સંબંધિત દસ્તાવેજોની PDF (સ્કેન કોપી) અપલોડ કરવાની જરૂર છે તેથી કૃપા કરીને લોન વિનંતી દરમિયાન તમામ દસ્તાવેજો PDF ફાઇલો સાથે રાખો.

Loan Rules

Take care of following points before Loan Request:

• Any students who belongs to SORTHIYA PRAJAPATI GNATIstaying in Gujarat or out side Gujarat can apply for educational loan.
• Parents annual income should not be more than 3 lacks.
• Students last exam result must be more than 50%.
• This loan is only for degree course after 12 th only,not for DIPLOMA and certificate course.
• Priority is for MEDICAL, ENGINEERING, PHARMACY, SCIENCE, MANAGEMENT and COMPUTER.
• This loan is only for one year and student can apply for 2nd year if he or she is not fail in last exam.After clearing last exam he or she can apply for loan again.

After loan sanctioned student has to submit:

1. Affidavit from 2 person only from sorthiya prajapti.
2. Five cheque signed by students or parents.This will be returned to them after repayment of given loan.
3. Repayment of loan MUST be done within one year after completing study or acquiring business or job.
4. Proof of all expenditure(food bill and staying) must be given for loan.
5. ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SHOWN TO TRUST AFTER APPROVAL OF THE LOAN.

Required documents list*:

1. School leaving certificate.
2. Ration card true copy.
3. Income certificate from any one of Job Company, IT Return OR Mamlatdar.
4. Current Receipt of the college / hostel / Food Bill.
5. Results of 12th and last passed exam.
6. Student and Parents/Guardians identity card copy.
7. Self agreement letter(in given sample format) and identity proof of any two person of prajapati gnati after loan approval.
8. Stamp Receipt.
9. Notice.
10. Permission Letter.
11. Detail Letter.
12. Loan Return.

NOTE: During loan request process students need to upload PDF (Scan Copy) of all related documents so please carry all docuements PDF files during loan request.
